The world is addicted to coffee. Consumption is going up every year, and it shows no signs of stopping anytime soon. To those who haven’t experienced mental illness, “snap out of it” might seem like good advice. The second reason is that self-judgment is a symptom of most mental illnesses. When one is feeling anxious, hopeless, despairing, it is hard to see oneself from an objective perspective. We see ourselves as weak because the illness affects our thought patterns and feelings.

Things You Should Do In Blepharitis


We often suffer from various sensory diseases, the most common being the ones that affect the eyes and the skin. Ocular problems are quite prevalent if you have the certain type of allergy or if you are sensitive to chemicals or other stimuli such as perfumes, medicines or cosmetics. Inflammation in the eyes can be quite uncomfortable and most of the time, it leads to watery eyes with redness and puffiness. One such problem is Blepharitis where the eyelid swells along the lashline. Clinically it can be cured if precautions are taken at the right time. However, no matter how meager the problem is, this eye infection is bound to cause irritation and discomfort. Hence, adequate measures should be taken to treat the symptoms of this condition at the right time to ease the pain and discomfort that arises in blepharitis. This condition may be brought on by bacterial invasions which affect the functioning of meibomian glands. As a result, the glands become blocked and lead to swelling at the base of lashline. Some mites inhabiting the eyelashes are also known to offset this condition. Those suffering from dandruff are also at greater risk of contracting this condition as the dandruff flakes settle on the eyelids and eyelashes which leads to clogging within pores and meibomian glands and leads to swelling on the eyelid.
